Trip Cancellation or Interruption
If you cannot go to a planned trip or you are forced to interrupt the trip, please notify your travel service provider (travel company) as soon as possible.
Notify us about the insured event (sudden illness, visa refusal or other reason of trip cancellation or interruption, delay on a flight) by the phone number +38 044 220 00 07 (in working hours from 09.00 till 18.00 on Kiev time, on Friday - till 17.00) within 24 hours after the occurrence of the insured event (excluding weekends and holidays).
