ETI (PJSC "European Travel Insurance") today successfully completes the procedure of increasing its authorized capital. This step was realized by increasing the nominal value of the company's shares from 1 hryvnia to 4.06 hryvnia per share.
Currently, the authorized capital of ETI amounts to UAH 38,460,380, which means a significant growth in financial terms for the company.
The decision to increase the authorized capital was taken by ETI shareholders as an important response to European standards and requirements, as well as to prepare for the future adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance".
